Vitality Seeker is a unique and soulful business inspired by the ancient Japanese philosophies of Kintsugi and Reiki. I am dedicated to supporting individuals with chronic conditions and trauma in reclaiming their health and happiness,  whilst finding beauty in their imperfections.

At the core, I believe that healing is a multifaceted process that goes beyond just addressing physical symptoms. It requires a deep understanding and nurturing of the mind, body, and spirit. This is why I have curated a range of empowering and integrated offerings that aim to balance these different aspects of our being.

Embracing the concept of Kintsugi, I see the cracks and challenges in life as opportunities for growth and transformation. Just as Kintsugi repairs broken pottery with gold, I approach healing and wellness by acknowledging and honouring the scars and struggles that shape us. Through this lens, I strive to help individuals find strength, resilience, and empower my clients to love the new version of themselves on their healing journey. 

My holistic wellness offerings are designed to support spiritual individuals at every stage of their healing journey. I offer holistic wellness online courses, one-on-one holistic programs, Energy Healing, Meditation, Wellbeing Circles and Spiritual online workshops. I infuse Reiki, crystal therapy, mindfulness, shadow work, aroma, tarot, lymphatic massage, and nervous system regulation into my programs. I provide a safe and nurturing space for exploring and recovering all aspects of wellbeing to live a happy and fulfilled life with chronic conditions and trauma.
