A mini tarot reading can be included upon request.
A calm, nurturing 3 session package of 90-minute Reiki & Crystal Healing session offering your body and nervous system the time and space to soften, rest, and recalibrate in a safe, supportive environment.
Each session is guided intuitively and paced gently, allowing your system to move out of survival mode and return toward balance. This is a space where you are met exactly as you are — without expectation or urgency.
Reiki is offered as a supportive, non-invasive energy healing modality that encourages deep rest, emotional validation, and a renewed sense of inner steadiness.
This 90-minute Reiki Healing session is designed to support women who feel overwhelmed, out of balance, fatigued, or emotionally depleted.
To help you receive the most from your session, you’ll be invited to complete a short pre-booking questionnaire. This allows me to understand what you’re currently navigating, any intentions you’d like held, and the areas you feel ready to gently work with — so the session can be guided with clarity, care, and respect.
You are never required to share more than feels comfortable. The questionnaire simply supports a personalised, intentional, and nurturing experience.
Each session unfolds differently, guided by intuition and what your energy is ready for on the day.
Sessions are slow, grounding, and trauma-informed, with choice and consent at the centre.
Your 90-minute session may include:
A gentle grounding and intention setting
Reiki energy healing (non invasive hand positions on body)
Crystals placed on your body
Nervous system regulation support
Chakra Balancing
Quiet rest or guided relaxation
A soft closing to support integration and grounding
You are welcome to lie down, sit, rest, or simply receive.
Living with chronic illness, fatigue, or pain
Feeling emotionally overwhelmed or disconnected
Experiencing stress, anxiety, or burnout
Craving deep rest and nervous system support
No prior experience with Reiki is needed.
I hold this space with care, respect, and deep compassion. This is a deeply nurturing experience that supports emotional balance, energetic alignment, and inner reassurance — allowing you to simply receive, soften, and reconnect with yourself in a calm, supported space.
A short pre-booking questionnaire is required to ensure your 90-minute session is personalised and supportive of what you’re currently navigating.
Please also review session details and booking policies before reserving your appointment.
Come as you are — tired, tender, or simply curious.
